Job Description

Qualifications
•
High School diploma or equivalent
•
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
•
1-3 years of experience in basic wiring, lighting, HVAC, troubleshooting, or other technologies in commercial/residential applications
•
Mechanical and technical aptitude required
•
Basic construction knowledge
•
Basic knowledge of building science/energy auditing
 
Responsibilities
•
In this role, you will be responsible for providing turn-key energy efficiency and grid optimization programs and products
•
Perform installation, inspection, modification, removal, and/or service of specific types of Direct Load Control (DLC) devices
•
Demonstrate basic HVAC technical aptitude and knowledge of mechanical theories and principles
•
Understand and navigate basic operating components of air conditioning systems
•
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the organization and client effectively
•
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards
